An advocate declares their State Bar Council enrolment number, and a Nyayabodh reviewer accepts or refuses it before the profile is listed. That is the whole of it. No State Bar Council publishes a register we can query, so we do not check the number against a roll and no profile says we do — check it with the State Bar Council yourself before you rely on it. Nothing here assesses an advocate's ability, and the directory is deliberately unranked.

Consultation fees vary by lawyer and specialization. The advocate's fee is paid directly to the advocate — Nyayabodh charges a flat platform fee and never a percentage of it.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. We operate under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023: you can see every consent you have given, withdraw any of them, and request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data from Settings → Privacy. Consultation content is visible only to you and the advocate you booked.
Advocates can register, have a reviewer accept the enrolment number they declare, and start accepting consultations; law firms can register their advocates. We provide tools to manage availability and track clients.
